Help please!

I am hoping that one of you owns the music to CAMP ROCK and could bring it tomorrow.
We cannot use the theatre to practise "Hasta La Vista" and so I will need a CD to play it in the patio.

Hope you have all recovered from camp/playground painting!

Good revision books

I have added the links again for REVISION books to the website list. If your parents wish to buy them, copy down the title and the ISBN code to give to the bookshop.





Many of your parents have asked me to recommend books for you to use during the summer months to practise and revise from. Above is a link to some good Key Stage 2 books that you can do exercises in and check your answers and they are quite cheap. You can also choose to buy books for the particular area that you want to practise.

Lots of the internet sites you have been using this year are very good practice too but it´s good to mix things up so that you do not get bored. Also, I know that some of your parents worry about internet safety.

Some of you may also want to look at the Key Stage 3 resources. to do so, look at the left side of the WHSmith page and click on Key Stage 3.

I have also made a list on Amazon for your parents to print out if they wish. That means they can order these books using the books´ ISBN codes.

Woodlands Junior School is always a good and so is BBC Bitesize Key Stage 2.

Skimming and scanning!

Have a go at these for revision!
Remember to identify the KEY WORDS in the questions and then skim and scan the text to find the answers!
Word searches really help to improve your skimming and scanning technique and they´re fun too!

Spelling Revision

I have just added a link for spelling revision but it would help to revise the main rules that we have studied for the last term.

I will add a few files to Edmodo to help you too.
