Miss Sam today I can´t go to school because I have a temperature, but don´t worry I have the questions and answers for the intervew:
1.Why did you want to become a Dessert Chef? My answer:
Because I have always loved cooking in the Navarro Kitchen and in my grandmothers kitchen making biscuits and cakes.
2.What makes a good dessert in your opinion? My answer:
A good dessert needs to have good state and be delicious.
3.What is your favourite dessert? Why? My favourite dessert is Catalan Cream.It is my favourite dessert because it is realy sweet,like sweeties.
4.What is your speciality? Describe it please. My answer:
My speciality is the "Capuccino".
It has whipped cream on top,cinnamon,and you can deside if it is of coffe or chocolte.
5.Explain a problem you have had in the kitchen. How did yo solve it? My answer:One day I burnt mysrlf.I went to the bathroom,got a bit of toothpaste and I extended it on the arm(were I burnt).
6.What is the most important thing that you lerned from your mentor?
The teo most important things that I lerned from my mentor were to be organized and hygene rules.
7.If I gave you some digestive biscuits,ice cream,cooking chocolate,strawberries and mascarpone cheese what would you make? What would you call this dessert? My answer:I would melt the chocolate,put the strawberry in the middle of the plate and melt some other bit of chocolate on the biscuit and put the cheese on the part that is nt covered with chocolate(biscuit).
